BCG conducted a survey to understand how people in the workforce feel about AI. The survey revealed that there are significant differences in perceptions of AI between leaders and frontline employees. While leaders are more optimistic about AI, frontline employees recognize the need for training and upskilling that the new era requires. The survey also showed that almost everyone sees the need for responsible AI and regulation. Companies need to address these differences and ensure that they do not leave their frontline behind in the implementation of AI.
