According to PRWeb, nearly 75% of small businesses are concerned that the development and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is outpacing regulation. This is according to a survey conducted by the National Small Business Association (NSBA). The survey found that nearly half of small businesses are already using AI, while the other half are concerned about the implications of AI on their businesses. The survey also found that the majority of small businesses are not confident in their understanding of the legal and ethical implications of AI.

Opinion:

It is concerning that the majority of small businesses are not confident in their understanding of the legal and ethical implications of AI. This could lead to a lack of trust in the technology, and could potentially hinder its development and adoption. It is important that businesses are educated on the implications of AI, and that regulations are put in place to protect businesses and consumers alike.
